All the yums

So I thought I would jot down some of my ideas for delicious treats that won’t blow your macro/ calorie budget out of the water.

I used many of these on my last prep... still ended up shredded, thanks science.

So here goes

Smoothie lovers this one is for you

Snicker shake


150g chopped zucchini (you literally DO NOT taste it but adds that creamy texture a banana does minus all the calories/ carbs)

  1. 25-30g chocolate protein powder


  1. 20g powdered PB2

  2. 300ml coconut and almond milk


Add heaps of ice and blend and enjoy all that equals 269 cal 12.3 carbs 7.9 fat and 37.5 protein.

I often used this as breakfast on the go or a pre workout meal. It’s bloody amazing so beware. 

Banana pancakes 🥞 


100g banana 


100ml egg whites


20g flaxmeal 

Squish the banana up with a fork then beat in the egg whites with the flax meal til it is a batter consistency.

Cook and enjoy. Pro tip make them small so you can stack them! Top with whatever works with your requirements.

Total calories 207 carbs 21.6 fat 2.7 and protein 20.3

Cauliflower fried rice (makes 5 serves)


  1. 1 kg cauliflower blitzed in food processor

  2. 100ml egg whites

  3. 375g frozen salad prawns

  4. 550g frozen peas and corn

I used powdered garlic and onion with salt and pepper for flavour but you can add sauces if you wish but it will change the macros on the meal

Combine all ingredients except egg whites in a pan and cook on medium heat. Once all other ingredients have been cooked add egg whites and mix through til cooked add seasonings and portion out your sizes

Each serve equals 210 calories 17.3 carbs 1.5 fat and 25 protein.
